LAWRENCE STREET TOWNHOMES – HOUSTON, TX
The Lawrence Street townhomes are a cluster of four new construction dwellings located in the historical Houston Heights neighborhood and walking distance to Love Elementary School and Love Park. The two-story craftsman homes feature 2,500 square feet of air conditioned living, front and back porches, and traditional Heights style architecture. For almost one-hundred years the site was home to two original bungalows that were built in the early 1900s and were some of the first homes built in the Heights.

SQUARE 37 - Hermantown, MN
Located in the heart of Hermantown, Square 37 is a new residential development that will feature nine single family homes tucked into the 9.1-acre site. The project is strategically located on the northeast corner of Arrowhead Road and Ugstad Road, walking distance to all three schools, across the street from the hockey arena, and adjacent to the proposed Essentia Health Regional Wellness Center (YMCA). The innovative development promotes a sense of community and neighborhood feel with denser lots and front porch style living. With a rich blend of old-town brick and modern architecture, the homes feature an industrial craftsman design.
The name Square 37 is derived from the deep history of the Jackson Project, a back-to-the-land movement of the 1930s that stimulated early development in Hermantown. The project commenced in 1937 and was one of nearly a hundred communities like it across the country. It featured a total of eighty-four single family homes and the current development site is surrounded by many of the original Jackson houses that line the city streets.

Sugar Hill Drive - Houston, TX
Sugar Hill is a large scale residential renovation located in the Walnut Bend subdivision in west Houston. The home will feature an outdoor patio and kitchen, resurfaced swimming pool, and completely new look inside and out. Custom cabinets, trim, and a new floor plan layout highlight the project.

BAGLEY BUILDING - Duluth, MN
We are pleased to announce our newest acquisition. The historic two-story brick building was built in the early 1900s and features approximately 19,000 square feet of office space. The current tenant mix is diverse and we are in negotiations to renew the current tenants and are pursuing new prospects to occupy the vacant spaces. The redevelopment will have a village feel and the plan is still in progress.
